Noodle Theory
Josiah Review 6/10 - Spicy Roast Duck Curry Noodles + Green Beans
These noodles are pretty tasty. I would recommend them but they lack salt and vegetables. When I received it I added some soy sauce on top and I ordered some green beans to go along with it. There seems to be a little too much fish sauce used in this dish but not so much it is overwhelming just dial it back a tiny bit. Duck is good but you can't really taste it and it kind of just blends into the noodles. Dish is enough for 2-3 meals.
