Shipping & Return Policy
Return Policy and International Package Returns
Upon receiving your order you have 14 days to return the item. You will receive online store credit. If you would like to be reimbursed we will discount a 15% “restocking” fee due to biological perishables.
If your International Order has been lost or returned to our location due to any reason:
1. You can be reimbursed, minus the shipping costs and 15% restocking fee.
2. If you would like the order to be reshipped then please contact us to go over the details.
*Please note that USPS or FedEx are their own entity. We do not have any additional information concerning the tracking or shipping time*
Germany: Orders that include perishables (i.e. Bacteria or plasmids) cannot be shipped.
Mexico: We have suspended taking orders from a Mexico billing/shipping address.
Domestic - All orders are shipped via USPS. If you would like to your order to be shipped via another carrier please contact us.
International - Orders will be shipped via USPS International. Any additional costs through customs must be paid by the customer. If you would like to expedite the shipping or ship through another shipping service please contact us.
