Return Policy and International Package Returns
Understand that we are not responsible for shipping delays. Once your package is given to the postal service it is out of our control. Because of the global shipping slow down due to covid your items can be delayed significantly. If you order is needed on a specific schedule please contact us about using FedEx or DHL.
Upon receiving your order you have 14 days to return the item. You will receive online store credit. If you would like to be reimbursed we will discount a 15% “restocking” fee due to biological perishables.
When shipments are marked as delivered, they are out of our hands and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot replace lost or stolen packages with successful order delivery.
If your International Order has been returned to our location due to any reason:
1. You can be reimbursed, minus the shipping costs and 15% restocking fee.
2. If you would like the order to be reshipped then please contact us to go over the details.
*Please note that USPS or FedEx are their own entity. We do not have any additional information concerning the tracking or shipping time*
Germany: Orders that include perishables (i.e. Bacteria or plasmids) cannot be shipped
Mexico: Depending on the location, transaction, and order items we may suspend orders going to Mexican addresses
Domestic - All orders are shipped via USPS. If you would like to your order to be shipped via another carrier please contact us.
International - Orders will be shipped via USPS International. Currently, shipments are significantly slowed due to covid. Any additional costs through customs must be paid by the customer. If you would like to expedite the shipping or ship through another shipping service please contact us.
