Non-Perishables:

• 10 - 25cm Cell Culture Treated Flasks (one sleeve)

Perishables:

Store at 37°C sticker (store in Incubator):

• 300mL of L15 + 10% FBS + Amp/Strep/Gent (Media for growing cells)

• 50mL Trypsin EDTA Solution

• 100mL PBS

• 100µL G418 200mg/mL

• Lac-Z Plasmid

• X-Gal Solution
