This includes all the primers you will need to PCR and sequence the 16s rDNA of bacteria that you want to identify. Each primer will include enough for 100 PCR or sequencing reactions.

Primers included (F)orward and (R)everse:
Tested with DH5alpha and some random bacteria and [at electrophoresis of the PCR product] got nice bands at ~1300bp.
With all PCR reactions I have had good results. It would be nice if The ODIN sold some DNA purification products to go along with this.
